Celeste has worked in the skills development industry for over 16 years, gaining invaluable experience in learner and programme management, facilitation of learners and the design, development and implementation of quality-assured outcomes-based assessment and moderation practices.

As a Skillflex Co-Director, her goals include providing cutting edge training resources, challenging the concept of 'accepted' delivery of quality in skills development, and facilitating the entrance of competent, confident and capable learners into the workplace.
