Dr John Eliastam has over 20 years of experience in skills development. He is passionate about developing leaders who make a difference because of who they are, not just what they can do. He has designed and delivered training programmes across a variety of industries. As a management consultant John has been involved with strategy formulation and implementation, organisational change, and creating high-performance cultures in organisations and teams.

Over the last 4 years he has worked extensively with startups, and this focus on creating value through innovation and disruption led to the development of the SkillFlex business model and the creation of a team to make it a reality.
